We would like to introduce to you our After Sales Program, especially designed to guarantee premium service to clients of both shipyards as boat dealers.This program will ensure a brand new boat will be fully taken care of by the Boating Group team members.

It starts with support during the delivery of the boat and can be extended to a maximum of two years. Within this period all after sales procedures and tasks will be covered by our companies and this will take away many burdens for shipyards and boat dealers who don’t have full time offices and staff on the island of Ibiza.

Our program will take away the need to chase suppliers and send their own staff abroad whilst the boat has coverage. This leads to efficiency and we will commit to prioritize the jobs that form part of the after sales program.

Within the program we have opted to offer two distinct versions: Our Top and Pro package. Both packages will cover all needs of our demanding customers, but where the Top package ends, the Pro package will offer some additional products and services to increase satisfaction.

We hope to present a program that fulfills your needs and enables shipyards and dealers to focus on the commercial aspects of the nautical industry while we take care of the rest.
